At Valley Human Services (VHS) in Ware, MA, you'll provide therapeutic and consultative services to individuals and families in the community.


What You'll Do:


As an Outpatient Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based, person-centered care to clients across the lifespan. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy, assessments, and care coordination to promote emotional and social well-being in various settings, including telehealth, schools, and outpatient clinics.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training to clients


• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans


• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy while coordinating care with other service providers


• Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training


• Maintain a caseload and measure progress toward client outcomes

What You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)


• Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)


• Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults (required)


• Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms (preferred)


• Availability to provide services on some Saturdays (preferred)
