At Valley Human Services (VHS) in Ware, MA, you'll provide therapeutic and consultative services to individuals and families in the community.
What You'll Do:
As an Outpatient Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based, person-centered care to clients across the lifespan. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy, assessments, and care coordination to promote emotional and social well-being in various settings, including telehealth, schools, and outpatient clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training to clients
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy while coordinating care with other service providers
Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Maintain a caseload and measure progress toward client outcomes

What You'll Bring:
Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)
Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults (required)
Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms (preferred)
Availability to provide services on some Saturdays (preferred)
