At Valley Human Services (VHS) in Ware, MA, you'll play a vital role in providing accessible and impactful outpatient care to children, adolescents, and families.


What You'll Do:


As a School-Based Clinician, you'll work with students during the school day, offering evidence-based therapeutic services to help them achieve emotional and social well-being. You'll also collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training to children and adolescents in schools, clinics, and via telehealth


• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans


• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy, coordinating care with service providers as needed


• Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision while measuring progress toward client goals


• Offer flexible scheduling, primarily during the school day and year

What You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)


• Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)


• Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, or adults (required)


• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques (required)


• Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)
