At Valley Human Services (VHS) in Ware, MA, you'll play a vital role in providing accessible and impactful outpatient care to children, adolescents, and families.
What You'll Do:
As a School-Based Clinician, you'll work with students during the school day, offering evidence-based therapeutic services to help them achieve emotional and social well-being. You'll also collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training to children and adolescents in schools, clinics, and via telehealth
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy, coordinating care with service providers as needed
Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision while measuring progress toward client goals
Offer flexible scheduling, primarily during the school day and year

What You'll Bring:
Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)
Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, or adults (required)
Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques (required)
Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)
