About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead complex initiatives within our Traded Finance and Global Receivables team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry, particularly in the areas of trade finance and global receivables.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within tight deadlines
Strong understanding of trade finance and global receivables processes and systems
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in working with GE Capital or similar financial institutions
Experience with Surecomp, Complex, or Finastra/Misys systems
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
