A day in the life.



As our Senior Fine Art Insurance Specialist on the Fine Art Practice Client Services team, you'll successfully support a high-volume book of business to our fine art clienteleand work alongside tenured colleagues to gain experience and skill sets for professional growth:


  • Reviews client exposures, loss experience and current coverages and recommends appropriate products and services.


  • Presents clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advice and counsel on complex risks.


  • Provides proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in person, over the phone or via email.


  • Gathers information from client related to risk management needs, financial loss tolerance and evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to manage client's risk.


  • Creates and presents renewal proposals to existing clients and conducts annual interactive Client Advisory reviews.


  • Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client serviceand new business development through referrals and expanded client programs.


  • Negotiates with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients and prospects, while conforming to all laws, regulations and requirements governing the insurance industry


  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert risk management advice and services for the protection of fine art property.





Our future colleague.



We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:


  • 5-7 plus years' insurance experience with fine art industry, cultural institutions and High Net Worth clientele


  • Demonstrated expertise in fine art insurance products, coverages, policy wordings, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.


  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License


  • Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations


  • Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, carriers, and clients.


  • Previous experience relationships with fine art specialty and/or luxury carriers, such as AXA XL, Liberty Mutual, Lloyd's of London, AIG, Chubb, PURE




These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:


  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Art History, Studio Art, Museum Studies or a related field or previous experience working in service to the fine art community


  • Professional designations a plus, e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,100 to $128,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
