Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in San Diego. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, engaging with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the talent acquisition process.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity that offers up to $90k per year depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
Partner with hiring managers and upper-level management to understand staffing needs
Research, develop, and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent
Identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions
Ensure recruitment databases are up to date
Participate in the review and selection of platforms used for recruitment purposes.
Coordinate and participate in the operation of company-sponsored recruitment events and development programs
Cross-train and support other HR team members
Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources on overall recruitment needs and opportunities
Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements
5+ years of related talent acquisition and HR experience within the construction industry
HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred
Sage HRMS and iCIMS experience preferred
