The Business Analyst role will support the dynamic needs of Global Advisory, which has pivoted to one of more delivery-based support and operations to best position GA for success.
The new Business Analyst will dock into the PMO. The business need for an additional Business Analyst is justified to continue to provide high quality contracted deliverables to our clients, without defaulting on our obligations.
The annual salary of a business analyst is expected to be $70-75K annually, depending on the skill/experience level of the hire. The specific project that this Business Analyst would be supporting includes a multiyear engagement with a high-profile public university system in China, with a total contract value of over $5MM.

This position works closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver actionable insights that foster the growth of key partnerships and improve program performance.

Essential Functions
-Assist in the design and execution of strategic initiatives for global partnerships, working closely with account management teams to align partnership goals with the organization's broader strategy.
-Act as a liaison between the organization and global partners, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and successful delivery of partnership objectives. Manage day-to-day activities related to partner accounts, ensuring issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth within global markets. Analyze competitor activities and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making and partnership expansion efforts.
-Support the negotiation and management of partnership agreements, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure compliance with contractual terms and work with legal teams to update agreements as needed.
-Provide financial analysis and modeling to support partnership initiatives, including assessing the financial viability of new projects, pricing strategies, and return on investment (ROI). Work closely with finance teams to monitor partnership revenue and cost structures.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, legal, finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities. Act as a central point of contact for global healthcare partnerships and facilitate communication between departments.
-Identify and implement process improvements within account management and partnership operations to enhance efficiency and optimize the partner experience. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend changes that support operational excellence.
-Lead or participate in key projects related to partnership growth, business development, or operational improvements. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Experience
Experience in business analysis, account management, or healthcare partnerships, preferably in a healthcare environment 3-5 years required and Experience in global or international partnerships or other closely related role 1-2 years preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with healthcare data, financial analysis, and market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and partnership models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
