Job Summary:



The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our high-speed production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and experience managing high-speed production environments.



Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.


• Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to quality standards.


• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.


• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.


• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.


• Proven experience with high-speed production lines.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.


• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in food manufacturing.


• Proficiency in using production management software.
