Job Summary:



The Production Line Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in production management.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the production line team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


• Train and develop production line staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.


• Maintain accurate production records and reports.


• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in production management or related field preferred.


• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a production environment, with leadership experience.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.


• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production.


• Proficiency in using production management software.
