Job Description:

SUMMARY



To assemble and package bulk components in such a manner to provide a quality product to the global aftermarket.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly.


Meet or exceed quality and production standards on a daily basis.


Proper handling of product to prevent damage.


Report all equipment maintenance problems daily.


Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


Work with and always display a team concept approach, working individually, or as a team.


HU retrieval, Order set-up, Pre-kitting (ILS), Kitting, bagging, printing and/or labelling, hand packing, "catching" F/G units, board line component "dropping", and arranging bearing sets are all processes within the department required to perform the assembly job functions.
