The Team

We are seeking an Attorney to join the Zoning Team within American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Legal department. The Zoning Team is responsible for monitoring and remedying zoning and permitting issues for American Tower’s assets, and also conducts a wide variety of reviews for different projects. Day to day you will prepare analyze and resolve zoning and permitting issues, and review documents relating to zoning and land use matters, including tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, and the resolution of issues that may impact a pending customer permitting application or ground lease negotiation. As an Attorney, you will partner cross-functionally to review and provide legal analyses of customer issues relating to both license agreements and compliance with governmental regulations and zoning laws.
