Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Assistan t with 5+ years of experience working with the manufaucting or production industry!




Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and GM, collaborating with the Director of Customer Service and Director of Operations as needed, while overseeing capital expenditure (CapEx) projects.

  • Manage and track project costs, analyze data for insights, and develop executive-level reports and presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance, assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support cross-departmental projects, aligning with company goals.

  • Organize and track project deliverables, conduct meetings to monitor progress, and implement metric tracking boards (MDI) for continuous improvement.




Qualifications:



  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in administrative or project management roles, preferably in manufacturing or production.

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; ability to read blueprints is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and proven project management experience with a focus on cost management and operational improvements.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and skilled in collaboration and problem-solving; experience with Lean methodology is a plus.




Additional Info:




  • Pay range : $70k-$120k depending on experience


  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


  • Location : Saint Paul 100% onsite
