Job Description:

Our client, a leading equipment management company, is seeking a temporary Operations Support Specialist to support their for 3 months! At their Rockville, MD location, you'll be providing on-site account management and administrative support. If you are interested, apply today!


About the Job:

• Coordinate all maintenance and services on equipment at assigned facilities.


• Manage technical personnel schedules and investigate alternate means of service.


• Maintain the database inventory and ensure the budget and schedule of maintenance are accurate.


• Develop and present reports and service reviews.


• Assure customer satisfaction and meet weekly to review metrics and program performance.


• Provide general operations support as needed.

About You:

• 2+ years of administrative and operations experience is required.


• Experience in the research and life sciences industry is preferred.


• A Bachelor's Degree is required.


• Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel.


• Comfortable in client-facing roles and wearing PPE.

About the Position:

• Pays $29/hr-$33/hr


• Temporary for 3 months, starting ASAP!


• Potential for the assignment to extend.


• Hours are 8am-5pm.


• 100% onsite in Rockville, MD.
