Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Incident Management Computer Operator to join our team in Waterford, MI. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and involves working on-site full-time.



Basically, we are looking for somebody that worked on a help desk that did some Incident Management that has good coordination experience with communication across stakeholders on issues and problems. This person needs to be very good with Microsoft Teams communication and if they have ServiceNow that's a plus because they're moving from Microsoft teams to ServiceNow.



Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Level 1 Incident Manager for critical IT incidents/events.


• Rapidly create, escalate, triage, and track customer technology-related incidents.


• Collaborate effectively with IT staff, customers, and vendors.


• Utilize graphical monitoring systems to track the availability and status of infrastructure connectivity, assets, and services.


• Monitor mainframe control consoles and periodically check system performance.


• Assist with the review and validation of mainframe job control language (JCL), although this skill is not mandatory.


• Perform deliveries as assigned and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, 3 years of experience doing incident management on either Windows Servers and or Mainframe.


• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
