Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Estimating Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role involves generating sales proposals and providing support to field staff and customers, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Position: Administrative and Customer Service Support, support the department generating estimates and sales quotes
Location: Central San Diego
Duration: Temporary to permanent, looking for the long term career focused team member!
Pay: $23 - $26/hr
Hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm, full time onsite
Responsibilities:
Estimate and generate sales proposals.
Support field staff with appointment setting and customer service.
Generate quotes from field information and create sales proposals with the data.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
Provide customer service, including recommendations from staff for equipment repairs or upgrades.
Assist with coordinating urgent repairs needed.
Track estimates, quotes, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
2+ years experience generating estimates and sales quotes
Construction or subcontractor related industry
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong MS office skills including PowerPoint and Outlook
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
