Job Description

Job Summary

Liaises with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and/or business systems. Understands business challenges related to people, processes, and/or technology and translates them into process solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, design and develop effective solutions while working with the business


• Understand overall business operations and help to develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements


• Typically follows existing procedures to perform routine assignments and to solve standard problems


• Analyzes basic information and standard practices to make decisions impacting work performed


• Individual contributor working with direct oversight


• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience


• Resware experience needed
