Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship. Must be willing to work PST timzone from 8am to 5pm. 

  • Maintains the Provider Data for network providers in support of claim provider selection.
  • Ensures all provider information is accurately recorded and maintained to provide for proper reimbursement and access in multiple directory listings.
  • Provides support for baseline provider data transactions that cannot be administered automatically through the provider database due to system limitations and/or data integrity issues.
  • Outreach for verification of provider (professional and facility types) via phone calls, emails, and faxes.
  • Thoroughly document all provider changes in multiple databases.
  • Research and work provider group rosters in multiple formats, word and excel.
  • Review and respond to reported demographic or participation concerns from clients.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in healthcare data management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and provider types.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
