Project Manager, Supply Chain at Horizontal Talent in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, Supply Chain, where you will lead multiple Deployment Engineering projects and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless site readiness. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to key performance indicators and service level agreements while working on-site in Boston.
Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Deployment Engineering orders concurrently.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure site health readiness and maintain high delivery standards.
• Resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues and execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches.
• Confidently present project updates to executives and other large audiences.
• Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
• Support and foster a culture of inclusion within the team.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference.

Skills

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or MBA.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
• Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Order Management functional experience in a manufacturing organization.
