Job Description:

Patent Prosecution Attorney - Remote options available for relocation!


A well-established firm is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent with 2+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or computer science and experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electrical, electro-mechanical, software, and computer architecture fields.



Key Responsibilities:



Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications


Manage foreign office action responses


Work closely with inventors and clients to develop patent strategies



Qualifications:



Admitted to practice before the USPTO


MUST HAVE a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or computer science


2+ years of relevant experience


J.D. required for associate-level candidates


Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills


Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment



Compensation & Benefits:



Competitive salary: $100,000 - $250,000 based on experience
