T&E Paralegal


Prestigious law firm seeks an experienced full-time Paralegal for their Trusts & Estates practice. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate administration.



Responsibilities include:

- PA & NJ estate administration from start to finish, including collection of assets and debts, probate, preparing and filing federal and state death tax returns and fidicuiary income tax returns and settlement agreements. Lackner experience helpful.
- Client liaison working directly with family or executor
- Prepare correspondence to clients and other professionals
