Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jr. IT Product Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage customer identity and account management experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

• Manage customer identity and account management experiences for both customers and employees.
• Engage in front-end and back-end development, as well as database creation and management.
• Oversee general associate product management responsibilities, including backlog management and user story creation.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, providing status updates and reports.

Skills

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and user story creation.
• Strong internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead Scrum teams and manage projects effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in general product management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of customer-facing technologies and account management systems.
