Warehouse Specialist at Deployed Services, LLC in Carrizo Springs, Texas

Job Description:

Deployed Services serves as a dedicated strategic partner to government and other customers. We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.

The Warehouse Specialist will perform all logistics and warehousing functions, which may include transportation and housing. Depending on the contract and site needs, some duties and responsibilities may be more focused than others.


Essential Functions:


Warehousing duties may include, but are not limited to:



  • Inventory Management

  • Ensure assets are kept in good condition

  • Ensure assets and inventory are appropriately tracked when received and disbursed

  • Report inventory levels regularly

  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge and Skills:



  • Proficient in computer software. Must be comfortable learning and adapting to new technology.  Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite are a must

  • Ability and willingness to learn how to perform general site maintenance tasks and operate vehicles and site equipment is a plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and business acumen

  • Ability to take direction and work independently while prioritizing tasks

  • Proven problem-solving and creative thinking skills

  • Display leadership potential

  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English

  • Deployed Services operates 24 hours/365 days and requires the flexibility to work additional hours, nights, weekends, and holidays


Education and Experience:



  • High School diploma or equivalent required. AA/AS degree, preferred

  • A minimum of two years of related experience required

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)

  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check, as well as an employer and government background check (e-QIP or eAPP), after accepting a conditional offer of employment
