We are looking for a diligent Senior Business Process Analyst to join our innovative team at NVIDIA. This is an outstanding opportunity to significantly impact our pricing landscape by improving and optimizing business processes to achieve flawless efficiency. As a key player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and tap into your expertise to implement world-class solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Build a streamlined business process that ensures the accurate capture of rebates within the quarter using automation and analytics.
  
  


• Implement systems to quickly identify and address any anomalies.
  
  


• Ensure compliance and develop system-based compliance flags to monitor and enforce program rules.
  
  


• Analyze data related to business processes, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  
  


• Develop a deep understanding of NVIDIA's products, go-to-market strategies, and significantly impact associated pricing operations strategy.
  
  


• Lead discussions among business owners to understand current problem statements, capture requirements, and recommend solutions for business process improvements.
  
  


• Drive and implement organizational change and process harmonization working with global account managers, sales operations, pricing, finance, and order management teams.
  
  

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  


• 8+ years of experience working with pricing, finance, or rebate systems and advanced business/pricing models, reporting, and data analysis in high-tech environments.
  
  


• Knowledge of SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, and/or other rebate management systems.
  
  


• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation of manual processes.
  
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  


• Ability to critically analyze situations through both a business and technical lens to solve complex problems.
  
  


• Self-motivated, passionate about improving sales user experience, enjoys collaborating with business partners, and takes initiative in working on improvements.
  
  


• Remarkable business proficiency, analytical skills, and a strong inclination for critical thinking.
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Prior experience demonstrating knowledge of rebate management systems.
  
  


• Hardware/Software strategic and tactical pricing skills.
  
  


• Passion for getting things done in a multifaceted sales and technology environment.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
