Responsibilities

Enlyte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Consultant to join our dynamic People & Workplace (HR) team. In this pivotal role, you will program manage key talent and organizational development programs, spearhead the collaborative design of a strategic functional onboarding program targeted at a strategic role, design programs, training and solutions to advance Enlyte's people and business objectives, and facilitate dynamic leadership training.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a robust and dynamic cohort-based onboarding/training program for a key role (Field Case Manager) that will reduce time to full productivity and turnover for this revenue generating position, in partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Program-manage & deliver full-cycle organizational development and learning programs that drive effectiveness and enhance individual, leadership, and organizational capabilities such as:
    • Goals & Objectives
    • Individual Development Planning
    • Performance Differentiation & Calibration
    • Enterprise Engagement Survey & Action Planning
    • Other programs as needed
  • Collaboratively create leadership training for leaders at different levels.
  • Facilitate dynamic and interactive leadership development and training programs geared towards various levels of leadership in instructor-led and on-demand formats
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to provide talent and leadership-related solutions for business leaders and teams
  • Design instructor-led and on-demand training, and assess training effectiveness to ensure learning objectives are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create and implement talent management programs and processes aligned with business goals (e.g., talent review, onboarding, targeted skill development)
  • Analyze organizational data to identify development needs and implement solutions, including leveraging off-the-shelf training resources
  • Co-develop strategies and programs to foster employee engagement and cultural transformation
  • Oversee the production of instructional materials, aids, and tools using a variety of media
  • Leverage the Learning Management System to build scalable online learning content and implement program registration and tracking processes
  • Other responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in managing enterprise-wide organizational development programs and delivering leadership training
  • Savy at building internal/external networks and relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively design a targeted onboarding/training program that achieves desired results.
  • Demonstrated strong Instructional Design skills and abilities, including the capacity to create engaging, effective learning experiences across various modalities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with tight timelines simultaneously
  • Exceptional facilitation/training skills, with the ability to engage and interact with leaders from the front-line to the executive level.
  • Maintains a healthy sense of urgency and focus, with the agility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans
  • Willingness to work on all parts of a program’s lifecycle- from the strategic to the administrative
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and proficiency in Camtasia, LearnUpon (LMS) and other relevant software
  • Experience using AI to amplify impact in day-to-day work
  • HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience is preferred

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,000 - $120,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
