As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will:
Keep rental properties in pristine condition, both inside and out
Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Conduct preventative maintenance on properties and within units
Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items
Perform carpentry and painting when necessary
Maintain accurate daily maintenance records and action items
Interact professionally with vendors and suppliers
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
This is a Full-Time Direct Hire Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in Maintenance, Painting, Plumbing, and Appliance Repair
General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
Valid Driver's License and Work Authorization
At least 1 year of HVAC experience (Preferred)
Experience in the apartment industry (Preferred)

Schedule: 9am-6pm with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
Pay Rate: $22- 27/Hr.
