Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient store operations. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.



Qualifications



Previous cash handling experience.


• 2-3 years of prior retail/hotel experience.


• Sufficient grade math skills required.


• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.


• Read, write and speak English fluently.


• Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Micros and Excel preferred.
