The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and general administrative support to assigned business leaders. 


Essential Functions: 



  • Compose, type, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including memoranda, emails, and faxes, using individual initiative and assigned 

  • Proactively establish and maintain a highly organized filing system, file correspondence, and other records 

  • Assist with file management, perform research, and resolve any administrative issues as directed 

  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails 

  • Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records, both in physical and digital formats 

  • Conduct research, compile, and type statistical reports as needed  

  • Coordinate meetings, including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe meeting minutes 

  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing 

  • Other duties as assigned  









                Knowledge and Skills:  



                • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and various software tools 

                • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues 

                • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment accurately and efficiently 

                • Must be able to read, speak, and write English  

                • Excellent communication skills 

                • Good research skills and attention to detail 

                • Ability to work independently  

                • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 business environment  








                            Education and Experience:  



                            • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred  

                            • 2+ years’ relevant experience is required 

                            • Must possess a valid state driver’s license     

                            • Must be authorized to work in the U.S 

                            • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) 

                            • Must pass a motor vehicle record check and employer and government (eQip or eApp) background checks after accepting a conditional offer of employment
