Job Description:

Responsible for assisting in maintaining scheduling process modeling tools in OMP, SAP, and Smartsheet for planning and scheduling manufactured products, including intermediates, and finished goods:


  • Provides support for SAP recipes and BOM master data maintenance.


  • Performs scheduling standard work in partnership with VV2D Scheduler.


  • Supports on-time document readiness for production suites, partnering with autoclave technicians.


  • Supports communication regarding production activities with relevant site stake holders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Works in partnership with the Production Scheduler and Production Planning Supervisor to develop and maintain asset production schedule to effectively optimize use of resources to meet the needs of the markets served to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Assists in maintaining asset schedule of finished goods and intermediates for appropriate operations department. Experience with stock inventory tcodes in SAP is required.


  • Works with MRP and required Demand Planning and/or Advanced Planning and Scheduling Tools (OMP, SAP, SmartSheet, etc.).  Utilizes additional ERP reports, i.e., open orders, open purchase orders, etc., to accurately plan and schedule.


  • Works with SAP to monitor status of intermediate products.


  • Works with scheduler to maintain all databases and spreadsheets as assigned by the Manufacturing Planning Supervisor.


  • Works in partnership with manufacturing floor supervisors and POCs to facilitate communication to maintain clear visibility and feasibility of execution timelines.


  • Maintains current training on all related aspects of the job.Supports on time delivery of autoclaved documents (20% time allocation)


  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field


  • 1+ years of related experience


  • Capable of collecting relevant problem statement information and synthesizing alternative solutions to continue forward processing.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experienced of ERP/ MRP (materials requirements planning) System user (>1 year of end user


  • experience required).


  • •Experience coordinating teams to accomplish shift goals.


  • •2+ years aseptic GMP cell culture experience or comparable Just-In-Time regulated


  • manufacturing planning experience.


  • Computer software skills, organization, record keeping and planning skills, multiple projects, time


  • management, facilitation skills.


  • Proficient written and oral communication skills in MS Office tools. including MS Project.


  • Proficient end user skills in Smartsheet.


  • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, self-directed, independent.


  • Able to collect, capture, analyze data – present in a concise manner
