This position is a full time on-site role located in our South San Francisco or Carlsbad office and is within the Genetic Sciences Division in the Life Sciences Group.

We seek a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Analyst III to join our team!. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Global Market Development Teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Use techniques for data manipulation, ensuring data accuracy and extracting meaningful insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI (or another visualization tool). Leverage Python for sophisticated data processing, automation, and complex analysis.
Use data storytelling to translate findings into simple, actionable insights for non-technical collaborators. Visualize and break down marketing problems, providing data-driven solutions that align with business objectives. Work collaboratively with teams to ensure data is effectively used across the organization. Ensure the timely delivery of accurate data insights and reports for leadership review.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted.
5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, and business intelligence reporting.
Proven experience in writing scripts to extract and manipulate data using SQL, Python, and/or Databricks for report automation.
Proficiency in marketing data systems such as web/digital analytics (Adobe Analytics) and email marketing platforms (Eloqua, etc).
Knowledge of BI data architecture and relational database architecture concepts, such as Star schema and Snowflake, is preferred. Strong expertise with leading data visualization tools like PowerBI and Excel.
Demonstrated experience in A/B testing, statistical inference, and process control analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise executive summaries of insights and recommendations. Proven initiative, tenacity, and ability to succeed in ambiguous situations.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $90,900.00-$136,350.00.
