The Talent Management/HR Leader will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's talent management strategy, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, organizational culture, and employee engagement. While the majority of the role (70%) emphasizes talent management and development, the TM/HR Leader will also act as a strategic HR Business Partner (30%) to corporate function leaders, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business goals and providing strategic HR advisory support.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Talent Management and HR leader with a deep passion for talent management and a proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management (70%):
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy to build, develop, and retain top talent.
Lead programs in leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement that align with business goals.
Partner with COE Leaders to establish a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
Design and oversee talent review processes to identify and cultivate high-potential employees.
Drive culture-building initiatives, promoting a values-driven workplace that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Champion workforce planning efforts, including skills gap analysis and career pathing.
HR Business Partnering (30%):
Act as a strategic advisor to corporate function leaders, understanding their unique needs and aligning HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development specific to corporate functions.
Support change management efforts for key business transformations, ensuring alignment with HR and talent strategies.
Collaborate with leaders to drive engagement, retention, and the development of high-performing teams within corporate functions.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with the CPO and other senior leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives.
Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform talent strategies, and measure the impact of HR programs on business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Foster continuous improvement within the HR function, optimizing service delivery and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong emphasis on talent management.
Experience working in a matrixed organization or working across multiple business units/operating companies with a geographically distributed workforce.
Demonstrated success in driving talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in corporate functions such as Finance, IT, and Legal.
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Expertise in managing multiple priorities and leading organizational change initiatives.
