Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our client's amazing team in Santa Ana, CA!
Schedule: Swing Shift Monday through Friday
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Assist with admissions process and property searches.
Provide assistance to case managers and therapists.
Conduct and document patient observations.
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
Monitor and document patient self-administration of medications.
Maintain facility in a clean and safe condition.
Assist in preparing shopping lists for the facility.
Prepare healthy meals for patients.
Utilize KIPU EMR for documentation of activities.
Assist patients with time management and schedule compliance.
Assist patients by sharing knowledge of the recovery process.
Transport patients to appointments.
Assist staff in administering UAs.
Assist Program Managers in conducting monthly safety activities.
Reporting critical incidents to the proper staff and completing the required report.
Maintaining supervision of clients at all times.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Additional duties as required in an evolving setting.
Compliance with policies and procedures associated with being a behavioral health technician
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have at least one of the following valid credentials:
RADT CCAPP Credential
RAC: Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California
New SUD Counselors
CADTP Counselors
