Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and electrical stimulation.
Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and other mobility activities.

Assist the physical therapist in conducting initial evaluations and reassessments.
Collect and record patient data, such as range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Modify treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Medicare, and state licensing boards.
• Collaboration:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
