Job Title: Director, Product - HOKA Apparel

Reports to: Sr. Director, Product - HOKA Apparel

Location: Portland, OR

The Role

The Apparel Product Director will lead an inspired product team aimed at delivering compelling consumer-led solutions for athletes of all types. Leaning on our bold, innovative, and unexpected brand ethos, this role will curate and manage our performance and lifestyle product lines through an authentic HOKA lens. The ideal candidate has a passion for product and balances that passion with an analytical, diplomatic, and collaborative approach. They will serve to amplify HOKA's message of inclusivity and will help us better build our brand in such a way that we enable everyone to fly over the earth.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:


  • Leading as the empowered voice and champion of the Apparel Product Line at HOKA

  • Driving global alignment and adoption of a seasonal apparel line

  • Planning and anticipating future line growth and franchise management / enhancement

  • Fostering a strong product line management team through inclusive leadership and coaching

We'd love to hear from people with


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education/experience

  • 8 - 10 years' experience in Apparel product management and or merchandising

  • Management Experience a plus

  • Robust working knowledge of the global apparel market
