Job Title: Associate Product Line Manager, HOKA Lifestyle Apparel

Reports to: Sr. Director, Product - HOKA Apparel

Location: Portland, OR

The Role

Reporting to the Apparel Product Director, this role will support the Apparel Product Management team, but this role also owns and manages a tight product line independently. This role is primed as an introduction to product management and a growth opportunity as an integral part of the future for one of the world's fastest growing brands.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:


  • Work with team on product positioning, pricing architecture, and line planning/product lifecycle.

  • Cultivate and execute on-going consumer insight touchpoints (seasonally and ad hoc) to drive brief writing, line creation and team fluency in space.

  • Consistent cross functional communication to ensure a clear and concise brand message internally for cross functional stakeholders. (Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, etc.)


  • Gain and provide market, consumer, and competitor insights for respective product categories to share with Design, sourcing, merchandising and marketing.

  • Manage sample sets including communication between sales, product, merchandising, and marketing teams.

Who You Are


  • Passionate and knowledgeable with regard to Apparel Trend and the Running Industry

  • Able to communicate, organize, and multi-task effectively, establishing trust from key stakeholders and driving understanding of region requests to proper channels

  • Able to cultivate effective business and networking relationships to drive towards common goals

We'd love to hear from people with


  • 1-3 years of related experience, including retail, sales, marketing, product line management, merchandising, product development or design

  • Diplomatic sense and approach in working across varied levels of project stakeholders

  • Experience resolving problems, with limited direction and guidance

  • Experience designing and delivering compelling presentations for small and large audiences

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
