The Account Manager is responsible for managing already existing accounts and looking for opportunities to grow Medstreaming’s market share through upsell and cross sell strategies. They also create market opportunity analysis in the assigned base of accounts for additional products to sell and work with marketing to create sales campaigns around the opportunity identified. By overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, the Account Manager can develop and establish relationships with customers and coordinate actions needed to maintain customer satisfaction as well as grow our share of the customer’s technology portfolio.
Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new potential problems or issues. In this role, they will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including dispatch, customer care, and technical support departments to improve the entire customer experience. This allows us to monitor customer experience and maintain, preserve or improve customer satisfaction.
