SUMMARY



The Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative services. Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in an organization.Handles a wide variety of administrative and operations support functions and manages multiple priorities.


Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of ten (10) of years' relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.


Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.


Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.


Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.


May manage expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes.


Takes meeting minutes and distributes them to relevant parties.


Supports team projects by conducting research and coordinating logistics.


Organizes office events and meetings, including logistical arrangements.


Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and ensures compliance with company policies.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of ten (10) of years' relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
