The Treasury Operations Analyst will support cash management, bank relationships, and day to day treasury operations for the Cash Connect Division of WSFS Bank. The incumbent will also prepare various reports for management and contribute to strategic initiatives and process optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute movement and reconciliation of approximately $2 billion in cash inventories located across all 50 states. Associate will closely monitor and mitigate inventory inefficiencies, and track and resolve errors and exceptions timely.
Proactively assist in the identification, design, and implementation of process automation and efficiency initiatives.
Prepare reporting for operations, Bank Controllers, management, and external stakeholders to communicate issues and insights of cash activity.
Respond timely to internal inquiries as a representative of the Treasury team, and manage intra-team relationships to ensure effective communication.
Support COO and Division Controller as needed for ad hoc projects and initiatives, including annual budget preparation, audit support, profitability analysis, external reporting, and department enhancements and efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on Treasury or Corporate Finance experience.
Strong understanding of fundamental finance, economics, and accounting principles.
Must have a working knowledge of banking products, regulations, and risk management.
Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational and analytical skills.
Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Must have the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization with tact and skill in across diverse groups.
Must have the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have the ability to identify issues and work them to closure, escalating when appropriate.
