The beautiful Embassy Suites Washington DC Convention Center is looking for a Front Office Manager to join their team! This 384-suite property is set in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of D.C. This individual will oversee a team of around 15 direct reports including supervisors, guest service agents, night auditors and bellperson. Seeking a motivational leader with strong guest service skills and 3+ years of front desk experience in a full-service hotel. Preferred knowledge of OnQ.
Shift Pattern:variable- AM/PM/weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Rate:The annual salary range for this role is $68,000-$73,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
