About the Role
Essity’s Health and Medical team is looking for an experienced Business Development Associate - Compression. Provide project management, leadership, organization, and accountability for key initiatives within the US Compression business. Be responsible for the execution of specified Marketing Activation tasks.
This will be a hybrid position and the ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC or Philadelphia, PA.

What You Will Do
Project management of compression specific initiatives in North America.
Generate ideas and coordinate the execution of those ideas across different departments of the organization. Creates and utilizes reports to ensure visibility and accountability to projects managed.
Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to the US compression business.
Hold responsible parties accountable for meeting business deadlines within the compression therapeutic area (TA).
Represent the US compression business in both internal and external non-clinical educational sessions.
Maintain calendar of communication and events on behalf of the US compression business.
Executes marketing plans according to brief from Brand team
Drive B2B, B2C and B2B2C communication campaigns leveraging global material. Develops and creates content for communicating both internally and externally.
Partners with sales to lead POS activities and execution
Align tradeshow strategy with brand team and execute build design and build.
Update and maintain customer educational content both on-line and off-line.
Supports the development and execution of the annual strategic plan for the compression TA.
Who You Are
Four year degree in Business Management, Marketing, Organizational Communications or related area
Minimum 5 years experience in the medical space within sales, clinical or marketing.
Experience in the compression therapy area a strong preference
Proven project management skills
Fundamental IT skills: office, word, excel, power point, teams
Preferred IT skills: Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
Strategic business thinker who is proactive when taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
Ability to create understanding of the different channels, market segment, and competitive landscape
Superior communication skills and cross functional network ability
Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills - demonstrated ability to understand and interpret data
Organized and attention to important details
