We are working with a leading beef manufacturing plant committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join the team and ensure the operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs.
Ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, and GMP standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
Train and supervise quality assurance staff.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in beef manufacturing or BRC standards.
Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and GMP certifications.
Proven ability to build and maintain quality programs.
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Benefits:
