The Manager of Field Engineering is assigned to the Houston Ship Channel, TE Products Southern Complex, Seaway and HRO Offsites Pipeline and Terminals assets and will be responsible for the assigned field engineers looking after plant optimization, operational efficiencies, scope development, project execution and process safety management activities. The Manager of Field Engineering ensures that projects are designed and constructed in accordance with the Company's Engineering guidelines and Specifications, industry codes and standards, and regulatory agency requirements to meet necessary functionality and performance requirements.
