Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager, Aveeno

Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 25%

Pay: $98,000 - $167,900

What you will do

Kenvue is looking for a strategic, creative, results-oriented Brand Manager, Aveeno Body Activations and Communications who thrives in a fast-paced, empowered environment and someone excited to work with a group of collaborative, passionate business partners. This position reports to the Senior Brand Manager of Aveeno Body.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Lead two direct reports, one focused on national brand communications and NPI launch excellence and one focused on shopper, consumer promotions and budget
  • Lead NPI launch strategy and playbook based on Kenvue and competitive best-in-class examples to ensure maximum sell-in and strong POS results post-launch to ensure we hit all retailer hurdles and internal NTSLC (Net trade sales less cannibalization) goals
  • Ensure US brand growth team is getting all necessary assets from the BDT (Brand Development Team) and identify ways to fill any content gaps or transcreation to hit all retail and national media launch dates with excellence
  • Partner with Megabrand and Shopper teams to ensure maximum support for tentpoles and key NPI launches. Push teams to ensure they have what they need and raise any gaps to senior leadership to help solve
  • Lead US brand growth input into retail and shopper toolkits developed by the BDT to ensure excellent execution of physical availability best practices including retail theater and ensuring customer teams have what they need 6-9 months before live date
  • Put process and structure in place to enable comms ABM to lead claims development process ensuring we continue to push fwd. competitive claims, hero claims, and a claims matrix that is clear and easy to execute ensuring maximum impact and consistency for mental availability Play point to partner with CBI (Consumer Business Intelligence) and HOBA (Health of Business and Analytics) ABM on US learning plan to ensure US consumer and competitive insights are being funneled back to BDT to inform pipeline strategy

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
  • A minimum years of 8 years prior professional experience is required
  • Prior experience working in the consumer-packaged goods industry, marketing, brand management, or related field
  • Previous experience managing people

• Ability to manage and inspire a team of 2 direct reports, remove roadblocks and set them up for success

• Ability to both lead and to roll up your sleeves to execute as needed

• Ability to think creatively and strategically

• Demonstrated executive communication skills with the ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information to diverse audiences

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900 (if compliant with local laws).This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
