The salary range for this position is $105,700-$132,200 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Summary
This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive Fenty Beauty and Fragrance brand growth in North America, developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for new launches and core business with executional excellence. We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and highly organized individual to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and drive sales within the retail landscape.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of retailer marketing strategy and own the go-to-market across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, out-of-store, social, influencer, media, etc.), partnering closely with global marketing, brand management, and sales.
Develop customized marketing strategies for each retailer, leveraging business and consumer insights to create plans that align with the North American strategy and boost sales within their respective channels. These plans will be sales-focused and contribute to overall business objectives.
Proactively pitch new ideas to maximize exposure and client connection based on global and retailer strategies, as well as cultural and beauty trends.
Build strong relationships with retailer marketing teams to drive partnership opportunities.
Work closely with creative and content strategy teams to develop assets required to support retailer marketing plans.
Work closely with Fenty Beauty social and influencer marketing to build out 360° plans across all levers driving to retailers.
Manage retailer-dedicated paid media strategy, creative, execution, and results in partnership with the retailer and agencies.
Ensure marketing plans are aligned with brand DNA.
Support the team with the budgeting process and management.
Successfully pitch plans to internal and external partners, garnering alignment and support.
Analyze marketing trends, insights, and data to develop actionable strategies that drive results.
Identify and pitch brand opportunities based on current trends in pop culture, world events, and marketing innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in beauty/cosmetics marketing, with a proven track record of success in retailer marketing programs
Previous Retail marketing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Effective and collaborative stakeholder across the organization
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset - able to deal with ambiguity and respond with flexibility and agility.
