Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst! This is a direct-hire, full-time position and will be based in Frisco, TX with onsite days M-Th and remote Fridays.

Responsibilities:
Maintain an enterprise-wide view of the business to recommend process improvements to senior management and stakeholders.
Correlate and communicate relevant information to the organization.
Identify structural issues and cross-functional redundancies.
Perform periodic reviews and analyses of current processes using metrics and reports.
Prepare technical reports and construct process flow charts.
Recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Create actionable reports highlighting business trends and opportunities.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues.
Communicate the financial and operational impact of recommended changes.
Manage new system implementations or modifications, defining project requirements, forming teams, and establishing budgets.
Monitor project progress and recommend corrective actions.
Define and manage business requirements for new systems or modifications.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct research on software products to support recommendations.
Verify business requirements through analysis, testing, and inspections.
Design master data requirements for new systems or modifications.
Manage system configuration and ensure accuracy during deployment.
Conduct thorough testing of new systems or modifications.
Manage the deployment process, updating policies, procedures, and training materials.
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system functionality.
Recommend system enhancements and assist with system validation.
Develop and design reports as needed.
Areas of Responsibility:
Support key applications (Infor M3 MT, Infor IBP, Infor Demand+, Infor Optiva) to optimize processes and resource utilization.
Collaborate with Sales and Forecasting teams to improve predictive analysis and data accuracy.
Work with Demand Planning to align production schedules with market demand.
Partner with Scheduling to optimize order scheduling.
Engage with Product Life Cycle Management/R&D for process improvements.
