Description Overview The Country Pricing & Revenue Growth (RGM) Manager will drive profitable growth for the organisation. They ensure RGM is a winning company asset, helping to optimise profitability or enable teams to reinvest in brand/customer building initiatives. The RGM Manager is responsible for Central & South CEE market (Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Adriatics) , working to embed RGM into wider Perrigo business practices. This position will report to the Head of Cluster RGM and will work closely with the entire Sales, Finance, Demand Planning & Strategy teams to facilitate data driven decision making and strategy formulation. Scope of the Role Deliver Business Goals & RGM Strategy for the Country • Delivers the local annual, quarterly & monthly business cycle requirements • Lead RGM planning process with direct contribution to LRP Sales & Margin expansion • Represent in quarterly RGM Performance review process with FP&A Develop Leading RGM Principles • Steer the 5 RGM Lever Strategy across the country • Conduct in depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realisation gaps, highlight white space & ensure price pack execution to support the brand & portfolio strategy • Optimise channel/customer pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Perrigo & customers • Collate RGM conclusions via in-depth analysis, utilising tools/frameworks & methodologies • Develop financial analysis methodologies & scenario planning for portfolio pricing simulations & white space launches • Collaborate & act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer & Finance teams throughout the RGM process to ensure strategy alignment & execution Win in Executional Excellence • Lead RGM country execution & delivery of projects • Evaluate consumer promotional strategies ensuring they align with brand objectives, delivering promotional responsiveness & ROI • Build well thought recommendations on optimised promotional strategies • Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders • Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs • Monitor revenue realisation of any cost price increases, utilising centrally defined pricing corridors • Translate brand price positioning into channel/customer price strategy • Implement price monitoring (Perrigo and key competitors) to track price strategy implementation & capture potential price increase opportunity • Track “Floor Pricing”, delivering robust NNN price analysis & mitigation actions Build Capability & Enable Success • Drive continuous strengthening of RGM Lever reporting by creating reports & driving automisation • Support CS&I teams by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted & seasonal in flight tracking • Become an active member of our CSCI RGM Community Experience Required • 7+ years in RGM/promotions management sector in FMCG/ Consumer Health or Retail environment • Relevant experience includes Sales & Commercial roles, RGM Consulting in Delivery roles • Proven experience in maximising & improving RGM levers • Business-facing with strong stakeholder management and communication skills • High level practical use of analytics tools / Power BI & excel • Fluent in written and spoken english Benefits We believe our people are our greatest asset.
