Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process payroll for a designated number of employees (multi-state and/or global experience preferred).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Collaborate with HR and accounting departments for payroll reporting and audits.
Stay current on payroll best practices and legislative updates.
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll processing experience (temp-to-hire or permanent roles preferred).
Proficiency with [specific payroll software ADP Workforce Now.
Solid understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $30 - $36 per hr.
