Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Payroll Clerk in the Sacramento area to help keep the wheels turning smoothly for our client's payroll operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees with precision and timeliness.
Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, and timecard discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Assist with payroll reporting and data entry.
Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll-related questions.
What We're Looking For:
Previous payroll experience (1-2 years preferred).
Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paycom, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
