As a Senior UX Content Designer for Walmart Connect, you'll distill complex problems into easy-to-understand experiences, creating content that is purposeful and compelling while sharing the Walmart voice and tone. By collaborating with design, product, engineering and business partners, you'll positively shape experiences for the brands that retail at Walmart.

4+ years working as a UX Writer or Content Designer with familiarity of UX writing principles and practices
An understanding of user needs such as motivations and behaviors, with the ability to translate them into engaging and actionable UX copy
A recognized, strong writing background that brings together brand voice and UX principles
Experience in ad tech, tools for advertisers and/or ecommerce products
The ability to synthesize information, taking the complex and making it simple
The drive to produce great work in short timeframes and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business
A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve experiences for our partners
You'll make an impact by:
Designing best-in-class content experiences with a focus on craft and synthesizing information
Developing a deep understanding of challenges and value messages relevant to our ad partners
Context shifting across different projects and adapting to changing priorities
Communicating effectively with kindness and empathy
Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners
Staying up to date with the latest trends, in and out of retail and ad tech
Preferred qualifications:
DegreeinCommunications, UX Writing, Content Strategyor similar and at least 4+ years of experience writing for UX/UI and product design
Experience participating in peer reviews and working within a crit culture
A portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact and collaborative process

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
