SRI Healthcare, LLC, a Subsidiary of NOVO Health Services offers a healthcare service that provides a total and unique opportunity for hospitals to source their Sustainable Reusable Sterile Packs as well as other sustainable healthcare linens such as DermaTherapy®, Isolation Gowns, Sterilization Wrap, and cubicle/privacy curtains. SRI's products and services help Healthcare providers attain their sustainability goals, improve surgeon and staff satisfaction while ensuring continuity of supply.

SRI operates three regional processing facilities located in Raleigh, NC, Chattanooga, TN, and Mason, OH. Our state-of-the-art, FDA-regulated service centers provide daily processing, assembly, and delivery of reusable products required for surgery.

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Shipper, at our Mebane, NC Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate will:


  • Perform all work functions according to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

  • Physically move or direct movement of product into and out of designated product staging locations.

  • Pull and pack customer orders, generate pack slips, move clean carts, shelve product, move skids of disposable product.

  • Make sure all customer orders are completed to fulfillment. Notify Management or designer of any product shortages.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

  • Assist Warehouse/Distribution Supervisor in associated duties of the department.

  • Participate in physical inventory as directed, including cycle counts.

  • Maintain accurate counts of inventory/shipping records.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Attentive and able to concentrate.

  • Able to follow directions and procedures accurately.

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Good oral and written communication skills, including legible handwriting.

  • Ability to be a team player and work flexible hours/schedule if required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

  • Ability to read and understand applicable Standard Operating Procedures

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
