A Day in the Life:
Work in a warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59-86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4-23 degrees F).
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, receive, and accurately process materials/finish goods for storage and/or shipment in line with established procedures and customer requirements.
Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product in the time requested and ensure that appropriate documentation is present.
Conduct job duties in accordance with all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment to include: steel toed safety shoes, safety vest, gloves, cold suit, PIT harness, and safety glasses as required for each role.
Identify and resolve/call out safety hazards in the workplace. Lead safety improvement events.
Safely operate distribution equipment, including Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Order Pickers, and other Powered Industrial Trucks and other work tools.
Consistent engagement with PPI. Complete 5S and participate in projects using applicable PPI tool - RCCM, Kaizen, and 5 why's.
Supervise an entire department and be responsible for decisions that impact daily operations.
Lead tier meetings.
Gather, maintain, and report metrics.
Keys to Success:
Compensation: $24.00/hr, Full Time - 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm), potential OT
Education
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of related experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to excel in a high paced team environment, maintain strong attendance, perform with little to no supervision, and identify/address issues.
Proven understanding in ERP systems, SAP, BAAN, E1, and WMS. Alongside with crucial warehouse devices.
Effective leadership skills to lead/teach a team to accomplish assigned tasks or daily duties.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Colorado is $21.00-$26.00.
