Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Transport: Load, unload, and transport heavy construction equipment using lowboy and flatbed trailers.
Inspections: Perform both pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and integrity of equipment and vehicles.
Communication: Coordinate with dispatch to manage delivery and pickup schedules effectively.
Safety: Adhere to federal motor carrier safety regulations and DOT guidelines, demonstrating leadership in safety compliance.
Documentation: Maintain all necessary paperwork required by company policy and local, state, and federal regulations.

Required
Minimum of 2 years with Flatbed/Lowboy/Tractor Trailer hauling experience
Valid Class A CDL license with a DOT Physical Examination Card and a clean driver's record
Basic knowledge of construction and/or construction equipment
Experience loading, unloading, chaining and binding equipment to a lowboy or flatbed trailer.
Able to operate a variety of construction equipment safely.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work extended hours and have a flexible schedule.
Lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical assessment test.
Preferred
Able to demonstrate leadership in the compliance of federal motor carrier safety regulations and DOT guidelines.
Maintains all paperwork required by company policy and local, state, and federal regulations.
